Reviews and News - December 2009 (Review and photos for 12/14/09) Note from Nina: The next gig: January 18, 2009 - Waddy Wachtel Band at The Joint (Note: WWB will NOT be performing on January 4 or January 11. I know Waddy said last night that they’d be at The Joint on the 11th, but he found out he’s booked for a session on the 11th. So sorry!) If you were with us at The Joint last night 12/28, you know the Waddy Wachtel Band was burnin’ up the place! We had such a hot rockin’ time saying good-bye to 2009 and looking forward to more of WWB in 2010. Everyone said that was their New Year’s Eve....... big smiles and many thanks for a wonderful year of WWB rockin’ it up at The Joint. And as Waddy says....... “We WILL keep rockin’!” Yeah! From the moment these exceptionally talented performers hit the first notes of the night, everyone knows they’re in for some fantastic Rock ‘n’ Roll. These guys are true professionals who have played with top acts both live and in the studio, and they always give 1000%. Very lucky we are to have them. I’m just going to give you the set list and some photos from last night. It’s hard to put in words the way the music makes us all feel, but I hope you either remember how incredible the night was if you were there, or can tell from the songs, the list of musicians and the photos how much fun everyone had and why we all keep coming back.
